Hrithik Roshan and Rakesh Roshan are back together for the different action thriller “Kaabil”. The Telugu version has been titled ‘Balam‘ and it will have a big release in Telugu markets this 25th.

Such is the confidence of Rakesh Roshan and Hrithik Roshan about this movie that they have arranged for a special screening of Kaabil for distributors and cinema exhibitors from all across India. They were shown about 50 minutes of the film at this screening. Cinema exhibitors and distributors were thrilled and excited after seeing this footage.

“The film is a sure shot blockbuster at the box office and will do extraordinary business . Hrithik has done a marvellous job in the film and he is bound to be appreciated by one and all”, said a leading distributor after the screening.

The film is carrying a great buzz and Rajesh Roshan’s music is expected to be a special attraction. The association of Hrithik Roshan and Rakesh Roshan has produced blockbusters like Krrish, Krrish3, Koi Milgaya, Kaho Na Pyar Hai in the past.

The same magic is now going to repeat once again for the big budget extravaganza that is “BALAM“. Yami Goutam is the heroine in this project. Directed by Sanjay Gupta, BALAM is set for a grand release on 25th January 2017. The ‘Krrish’ series as well as Dhoom 2 have also been huge hits in Telugu.

The mystical world of the lycans and vampires is all set to dawn upon Indian audiences this December with the release part 5 of the popular Underworld franchise – Underworld : Bloodwars 3D. One name that is synonymous with this franchise is none other than leading lady Kate Beckinsale. Director Anna Foerster is all praise for Kate as she talks about her experience working with Kate and what she brought to the character through her performance.

Says Foerster, “I have to say I think Kate is probably one of the most intelligent and one of the most brilliant women I’ve worked with. What was really amazing was to figure out, to evolve, to explore the new facets of Selene in that new story because she’s clearly evolving. She has had this incredible hardship of losing everything she loves. And has to come back, and is more fierce and more kick ass, more aggressive than she has ever been before. But at the same time you have facets that are new to Selene, or maybe we haven’t seen that much in Selene. She’s softer, there’s a vulnerability about it.”

Hrithik Roshan’s BALAM Poster Released

Hrithik Roshan and Rakesh Roshan are back together for the different action thriller “Kaabil”. This revenge drama has a beautiful love story as its base. The Telugu version has been titled ‘Balam’ and it will have a big release in Telugu markets. The first look poster has been released by the film unit on social media.

Nizam and Andhra Area rights for ‘Balam’ have been acquired by Rajshri Productions. The film’s Karnataka rights were acquired by Yashraj Films while Superstar Mohan Lal has acquired the Kerala rights.

The film is carrying a great buzz and Rajesh Roshan’s music is expected to be a special attraction. The Hindi teaser clocked over 25 Million views in 48 hours in YouTube, breaking all previous records.

Rana Dubs for Tom’s role of Robert Langdon for the Telugu version of Ron Howard’s Inferno

Gone are the days when we used to make fun of English to Telugu dubbed movies because of the accent and difficulty in understanding and finding the correct dialogues for the Hollywood films. There are several reasons.

Movie content is already better, so producers not concentrated on the dialogues.
Only graphical films dubbed into Telugu.
No scope for better dubbing as people used to ignore the importance of dubbing.

Now the time has changed, and people started caring for the dialogues also. So to cater the interest and needs of such audience producers taking enough care to reach the audience. Now audience also changing their benefits and giving importance for films like Inferno too. In other words, producers want to make the audience with all types of Genres.

So Producers started hiring famous artists for dubbing. Recent Jagapathi Baus dubbing for Steven Spielberg’s The BFG is an example. Now Rana Dubs for Tom Hanks in Inferno.
Ron Howard’s Hollywood film, INFERNO, is gearing up for its release in India on October 14, two weeks ahead of its US release. Apart from English, the film is getting a big release in India dubbed in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu. But here’s the exciting news! The boiling and rugged Baahubali star Rana Daggubati will be lending his voice for the Telugu version of Inferno, as the voice of Tom Hanks.

Rana, who has been busy shooting round the clock for Baahubali 2 in Hyderabad, saw a particular cut of the film and immediately decided to come on board. He dubbed for Tom Hanks’s part over three days; every night post packs up at Ramoji Rao Studios.

Speaking about his association with Inferno, Rana says, “I’ve enjoyed all of the Dan Brown’s books and have enjoyed the portrayal of Robert Langdon particularly on screen. Tom Hanks is a legendary actor and to be a part of his legacy in this way made for an exciting partnership of sorts. More so, this film Inferno is quite significant for us in India because it celebrates the power of the Indian market for global players, given that they are releasing it two weeks ahead of the US. For me, I will be able to look back and feel proud of having memorable characters like Bhallaldev and Robert Langdon to my credit in the same year (smiles)”

Inferno is released by Sony Pictures Entertainment across India in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu on Oct 14.
