Mega Prince Varun Tej is all set for the release of his latest film, Matka today, which has already created a buzz with its exciting promotional campaign. Directed by Karuna Kumar, this period action drama stars Meenakshi Chaudhary as the female lead, promising an intense cinematic experience.

In a recent media interaction, Varun Tej opened up about his initial plans to collaborate with Saaho director Sujeeth, who is currently busy shooting for Pawan Kalyan’s OG. Though the project didn’t materialize, Varun hinted at the possibility of revisiting the idea in the future, as Sujeeth had already shared the story with him.

Produced by Vyra Entertainments and SRT Entertainments, Matka also features Nora Fatehi in a significant role, adding to the film’s appeal.
