Allu Arjun’s legal challenges are intensifying after the stampede incident at Hyderabad’s RTC Cross Roads Sandhya Theatre. The actor, who is currently out on interim bail, was summoned by the Chikkadpally Police for questioning.
Upon receiving the notice, Allu Arjun visited the police station this morning, accompanied by his father Allu Aravind, father-in-law Kancharla Chandrashekhar Reddy, and his legal team. The questioning lasted for over two and a half hours.
The investigation was led by Hyderabad Central Zone Deputy Police Commissioner Akshansh Yadav, Assistant Police Commissioner Ramesh Kumar, and Chikkadapally Police Station CI Raju. After the questioning, Allu Arjun was taken to Sandhya Theatre for a scene reconstruction as part of the investigation.
In a surprising turn, police arrested Antony, the actor’s bouncer, during the inquiry. Antony, who is believed to be a bouncer organizer, had already been named in the FIR. Reports suggest that his arrest was made based on the information Allu Arjun provided. Authorities consider Antony a key suspect in the altercation that led to the tragic stampede at the theatre.
