Renowned actress Sai Pallavi is currently unwell, as confirmed by director Chandu Mondeti. He shared that she has been battling fever and cold for the past few days. Despite her illness, Sai Pallavi continued to participate in several promotional activities for her upcoming film Thandel, which further impacted her health. Doctors have advised her to take at least two days of bed rest. As a result, she could not attend the Thandel trailer launch event in Mumbai.

The film Thandel, featuring Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi in lead roles, is directed by Chandu Mondeti. Produced by Bunny Vasu and presented by Allu Aravind, the film features music composed by Devi Sri Prasad. Thandel is set to release on February 7, and is based on real-life events.
