SSMB 29, one of Tollywood’s most eagerly awaited films, is currently in production, marking the first-ever collaboration between superstar Mahesh Babu and director SS Rajamouli. The film is being shot at the Aluminium Factory in Hyderabad, with Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra joining the star-studded cast.
Although Chopra, who is reportedly commanding a significant fee for her role, has taken a short break from filming, her absence is not expected to slow down production. She was recently seen at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) in Hyderabad, en route to Mumbai for her brother Siddharth Chopra’s wedding.
Despite her temporary departure, shooting for SSMB 29 will proceed as planned. Director SS Rajamouli has strategically arranged scenes featuring Mahesh Babu to maintain the filming schedule. Priyanka Chopra is expected to return shortly to resume her work on the film.
The action-packed project, produced by KL Narayana under the Durga Arts banner, is being created on an impressive scale. Written by Vijayendra Prasad and with music by MM Keeravani, the film is generating immense excitement.
