Harish Rao Criticizes CM Revanth Reddy Over Unfulfilled Promises | CineChitram

BRS leader and former minister Harish Rao has sharply criticized Chief Minister Revanth Reddy for failing to deliver on promises related to loan waivers and farmer welfare. In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Harish Rao accused Revanth Reddy of making false promises and failing to fulfill commitments made to farmers.
“On January 26, Revanth Reddy announced that farmer welfare funds would be credited to farmers’ accounts by March 31. He repeated the same promise during the recent budget session of the Assembly. However, despite grand statements, no action has been taken,” Harish Rao said.
He further added, “Farmers who trusted the CM and awaited funds, especially for Ugadi, have been left disappointed. Promises made for Dasara, Sankranti, and Ugadi have all gone unfulfilled. This Congress government has left farmers with nothing but bitter experiences.”
Harish Rao highlighted the contrast between CM KCR’s initiatives, like the Rythu Bandhu scheme, and Revanth Reddy’s failure to implement similar measures. “Revanth Reddy has turned deception into a policy, and the loan waiver promise has become a cruel disappointment for farmers. The commitments made in the election manifesto and Assembly remain unfulfilled,” he concluded. Harish Rao also vowed that the BRS party would continue to hold Revanth Reddy and the Congress party accountable for their failures.
