The Tamil Nadu Handloom Weavers’ Co-operative Society, a Government Organization popularly known as “Co-optex” Organized a Handloom Exhibition at Kolanu Narayana Reddy Garden, Nizampet X roads, Kukatpally, Hyderabad.
The Expo will be on till 27th December 2016.
The Handloom Exhibition inaugurated by Ms. Shailaja Ramaiyer IAS, Commissioner, Telangana State Handicrafts Development Corporation.
“Showcasing Kancheepuram Silk, Arani Silk Sarees, Salem Silk Sarees, Coimbatore Soft Silk, Silk Dhothy, Erode Bedsheets, Kurties, Chudidar sets & Readymade Shirts and many more, said Co-optex, General Manager – Marketing – Bala subramanyam and Mr Sekar – Regional Manager,Co-optex.
And the high Light of the expo is newly Introduced “Organic Silk & Organic Cotton Sarees”, which are not available in any state of Handloom sector. These sarees are soft for wearing and good for health” he added
