Aaradhya Bachchan Seeks Court’s Intervention for Removal of False Health Claims | CineChitram

Delhi: Aaradhya Bachchan, the daughter of Bollywood celebrities Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan, has once again approached the Delhi High Court, seeking the removal of erroneous health reports published on certain websites. In response to her petition, the court has issued notices to Google.

This follows her previous legal action filed two years ago, in which Aaradhya and her father, Abhishek Bachchan, contested YouTube channels that falsely claimed Aaradhya was critically ill and “no longer alive.” The court had previously condemned the spread of such misleading information, emphasizing the importance of respecting children’s privacy and health.

The court had instructed Google to remove the videos from YouTube, reaffirming that any similar content brought to their attention should also be promptly deleted. The next hearing for the current petition has been scheduled for March 17.
