Allu Arjun Turned Emotional During police Enquiry | CineChitram

On Tuesday, Icon star and Pushpa actor Allu Arjun attended police enquiry in Hyderabad in connection with the stampede case of Sandhya theatre on the release day of his film. The Chikkadapally police have reportedly grilled Bunny, who is accused number 11, for nearly four hours with a series of questions after they secured key evidences in the case following their investigation in different angles. Though the entire episode of enquiry was video recorded, nothing concrete was revealed by the police department so far. However, several theories are being circulated by the main stream media outlets. 

Though it was initially rumoured that approximately 50 questions were shooted at Allu Arjun in connection with this case, it later emerged that only 20 questions were asked during the three and half hour interaction by the special team of police officers which included DCP cadre officials. Some key questions like whether Bunny was aware of the denial of permission by the theatre management and police department or not have reportedly come up during the enquiry. He said to have stood by his earlier stand that he no prior information regarding lack of permission. 

At one moment, Allu Arjun turned emotional after seeing the footage involving the stampede in which Revathi and her son were injured. He categorically denied having known the death of the lady during his presence at the theatre. Some media outlets even published that Allu Arjun cried during the enquiry as he was unable to withhold his tears. But, there is no corroboration for the authenticity of the news as the enquiry was done in closed doors only with Allu Arjun and the special team. 

Allu Arjun has reportedly agreed to extend complete cooperation for the enquiry in the case and also stated that he will attend the investigation whenever they serve him notices. He was accompanied by his father Allu Arvind, father in law Chandrasekhar Reddy and lawyer Ashok Reddy for the enquiry. Huge number of police security was deployed at the station and also at Allu Arjun’s residence to avoid any untoward incidents and law and order issues. 

After enquiry, neither Allu Arjun nor the police department held any press meet as the matter is subjudice.
