Ayesha Takia Responds to Husband Farhan Azmi’s Arrest in Goa | CineChitram

Ayesha Takia, known for her role in Super alongside Nagarjuna, has responded to the recent arrest of her husband, Farhan Azmi, by Goa police. The incident occurred at Candolim market following an altercation between Farhan and local individuals. Police intervened and took Farhan, along with a few others, into custody.

In a series of social media posts, Ayesha asserted her husband’s innocence and criticized the incident. She also shared multiple videos related to the altercation, urging people to assess the situation themselves. “Goa police have registered a case against those who issued threats. Please refrain from spreading false narratives. My husband and son are the real victims in this case,” she stated.

Ayesha further alleged that when the police detained Farhan, some women at the scene used offensive language against her son. Condemning their behavior, she remarked, “Their conduct was disgraceful.”

Expressing distress over the arrest, she added, “This has been a traumatic experience for us. My husband contacted the police to ensure our child’s safety, yet he was the one arrested. This is deeply upsetting.”
