After portraying an unflinching cop in RRR, reigning star Ram Charan is set to entertain in dual roles in his upcoming film Game Changer which is billed as a social drama based on the Indian political system and the Election Commission of India. He will be seen as a dynamic IAS officer in one role and a seasoned politician in another character.
Directed by Shankar Shanmugam, Game Changer is gearing up for grand release during the Sankranti festival on 10th January. With 75 days to go for the film’s release, the makers are planning to unveil the first look teaser very soon. Reportedly, it will be out on Diwali. The team released a new poster to announce the arrival of the teaser without revealing the exact date.
In the poster, Charan appears in a commanding pose sitting on a chair in front of a University gate. We can notice an angry mob rushing towards him with weapons in their hands. Charan seems to be undeterred by their emotions as he sits unmoved with his head down facing them. He wears a black suit.
Game Changer is touted to be a Shankar mark action entertainer with a social message relevant to the current state of affairs in the country. Kiara Advani is the female lead and SJ Suryah is playing a significant role.
The two songs unveiled so far garnered tremendous response. SS Thaman is the music composer. The third single will be out very soon. Dil Raju is the producer. The shooting formalities are nearing completion.
