Guntur Court Grants Bail to Actor Posani Krishna Murali | CineChitram

Actor Posani Krishna Murali has been granted bail by a Guntur court in a case registered by the CID. The court, which heard his bail petition on Wednesday, had deferred the verdict to Friday. Following a fresh hearing today, the court issued orders granting bail.

Posani, who was lodged in Guntur district jail as a remand prisoner, had filed a bail petition through his legal counsel in the CID court. The court initially postponed its decision before approving the bail.

The actor was arrested in Hyderabad on February 26. According to reports, 19 cases have been registered against him in Andhra Pradesh. The cases were filed based on complaints alleging that he made inflammatory remarks regarding film industry awards and derogatory comments against Chandrababu, Pawan Kalyan, and Nara Lokesh.
