No Public Entry For Thandel Pre-Release Event, Fans Disappointed | CineChitram

The pre-release event of Thandel, starring Naga Chaitanya, is scheduled to take place on Sunday evening in Hyderabad under the title Thandel Jaathara. The event will feature Allu Arjun and director Sandeep Reddy Vanga as chief guests. However, the film’s team has announced that the event will not be open to the public, urging audiences to watch it via media broadcasts.

“Due to certain reasons, the Iconic Thandel Jaathara will be held exclusively in the presence of the film’s team. There will be no public entry. We request everyone to watch the event live through broadcast platforms and enjoy it,” the statement read. This decision has left fans disappointed, as many were eager to witness Allu Arjun and Sandeep Reddy Vanga sharing the stage.

Directed by Chandoo Mondeti, Thandel is based on real-life events and features Naga Chaitanya as Raja and Sai Pallavi as Bujji Thalli. Produced by Bunny Vas under the presentation of Allu Aravind, the film’s music is composed by Devi Sri Prasad. The songs and promotional material released so far have received a strong response.

With Thandel set to release on February 7, the pre-release event was planned as a major promotional activity. The presence of Allu Arjun, attending a film event for the first time since the Sandhya Theater incident, has further heightened curiosity. Fans are eagerly anticipating his speech at the event.
