Renu Desai, former actress and former wife of Power Star Pawan Kalyan, has recently cleared the air on the ongoing speculations about her son Akira Nandan’s debut in the much-anticipated film OG.
Pawan Kalyan’s eldest son Akira Nandan’s entry has been a hot topic for a long time for the actor’s fans, as they were eagerly waiting for Akira’s entry on the big screen. Many speculations have been doing the rounds for the past few months that Akira would be launched in the Sujeeth-directed gangster action thriller ‘OG.’ Some reports even hinted at Ram Charan grooming Akira in preparation for his debut.
However, during a recent podcast with Nikhil Vijayendra Simha, Renu Desai put all the speculation to rest. by firmly denying all such claims. She clarified, “No, he is not working for OG, and Ram Charan is not grooming him for any debut. I’ve said it 100 times before, and I’ll keep saying it another 100 times— If Akira ever decides to even think of acting, I will announce it on my Instagram. If it is on my Insta, it is true. Even if he thinks of getting into acting, forget, doing actual signing; I will inform you all. Until then, don’t fall for these speculative thumbnails, and please don’t believe these baseless rumors.”
She further clarified that Akira currently has no plans to pursue a career in acting and is more inclined towards music. While this may be disappointing news for Pawan Kalyan fans and Mega fans, it remains to be seen what career path Akira will eventually choose.
