Samantha’s Bold Take: “Success Is Freedom, Not Just Film Hits!” | CineChitram

Actress Samantha has been in Sydney for the past few days and recently attended the Indian Film Festival of Sydney. During the event, she spoke about her journey in the film industry, the challenges she has faced, and her views on success. She emphasized that success is not just about professional achievements but also about personal freedom and breaking societal norms.  

“For me, success means freedom and independence. I do not wait for others to validate my success. It is about living life on one’s own terms and pursuing personal passions. Success is not about restricting women with predefined norms but about excelling in multiple roles while maintaining individuality,” Samantha stated. She also spoke about her decision to enter film production, explaining that she aims to support emerging talent and bring compelling stories to audiences.  

As part of her Sydney visit, Samantha interacted with young people and reflected on an unfulfilled aspiration. She revealed that during her student years, she had aspired to study at the University of Sydney but was unable to pursue it. However, her unexpected entry into the film industry led to a fulfilling career, and she expressed gratitude for the love and support she has received as an actress. Encouraging young individuals to chase their dreams, she urged them to take steps toward achieving their goals.  

On the professional front, Samantha recently appeared in Citadel: Honey Bunny and is currently working on the action series Rakht Brahmand. She also announced her upcoming film Maa Inti Bangaram, while her production venture Shubham is set for release soon.
