Popular Tamil actor Ravi Mohan, who is widely recognized as Jayam Ravi, is taking a new step and is set to embark on a new journey as a director. According to recent reports, the talented star is preparing to make his directorial debut with a comedy entertainer.

With an impressive filmography of over 35 films as an actor in his 22-year film career, he is now finally taking the plunge into filmmaking. He has often expressed his passion for directing in many interviews.

Currently, Ravi Mohan is working for Siva Karthikeyan’s upcoming film ‘Parasakthi’ as an antagonist under the direction of Sudha Kongara. Additionally, he will also be seen in a political action thriller, ‘Karathey Babu.’ Once these projects wrap up, he is expected to take on the director’s mantle. It is reported that renowned comedian Yogi Babu will play the lead role, and the film will be a comedy entertainer.
